I’m happy you’re here! My name is Lisa McLinden and I’m a multi-disciplinary artist with a passion for nature, nostalgia, and the colour blue! In both my artwork and photography, I attempt to capture life's intrinsic beauty through the balance of light and dark, with a desire to evoke an emotional connection to the people, places, and nature that surrounds us. Committed to a sustainable art practice, I primarily focus on the cyanotype process, with the addition of naturally sourced earth pigments in my work.

  • in 2016, I came across Lisa's paintings quite by chance and I've remained a big fan ever since. With each and every piece I'm drawn further into her journey. I started collecting some of her paintings very early on and must admit, that I believe I have one of her pieces in almost every room of my home. They bring me peace and quiet comfort. Much like Lisa herself. She's an inspiration to me and one of the nicest, most loving people I know. Knowing she's in the world makes it a much better place and her work truly speaks for itself. There's a piece of her in every single thing she does. She's a beautiful soul and exceptional artist.
